What are pheromone candles?

Are your jar candles refillable?

Yes, our jar candles are designed to be refillable. Once the candle has completely burned out, you can clean the jar and purchase a refill, helping to reduce waste.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by candle size and type. Generally, soy candles have a longer burn time than regular candles. Specific burn times can be found on each product page.

How do I ensure that my candle burns evenly?

For even burning, trim the wick to ¼ inch (0.5 cm) before each lighting, let the candle burn until the wax pool spreads over the entire surface, and avoid placing the candle in a draft.

Can I use pheromone candles in any room?

Yes, pheromone candles can be used in any room, but we recommend placing them in areas where you want to enhance the atmosphere with their unique properties, such as the bedroom or living room.

Do you offer international shipping?

How safe is it to use candles at home?

It is important to follow safety rules. Do not place candles near flammable objects such as curtains or decorations, do not leave them unattended, and always extinguish them thoroughly before leaving the room.

✅ Leave at least five times the diameter of the burning candles between them.

✅ Do not place candles near flammable objects.

✅ Do not expose candles to drafts.

✅ Before each lighting, adjust the wick length to approximately 0.5 cm.

✅ Do not throw matches or other debris into the melted wax.

✅ Do not move the candle while it is burning.

✅ Do not pour any liquids on the candle.

✅ Do not consume candles or their parts.
